February is great month to come to your Library

Celebrate February with some interesting programs and events for all ages.

On Thursday, Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Cindy Ross, of Edward Jones, will be talking about how to handle your 401K, pension or other retirement strategies. Refreshments and light snacks will be served.

Saturday, Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. will be a big time at the library as WVU Extension Master Gardeners will be teaching visitors the basics of starting a new vegetable garden.

If that’s not enough for you, also at 10 a.m., Zoey Coleman, Miss Shenandoah’ Teen 2026, will be hosting a special Story Time and Craft.

On Thursday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m., a special STEM presentation, Sweet Treat Engineering: Marshmallow Tower Building Challenge, will test the building skills of children ages 6-12. All materials are included.
