Be a part of our 2023

It seems that during the last couple of years, New Years Day has become even more than a time for reflection, but a time to look forward, to better times.

We hope you will be a part of what we are, what we do and how we do it in 2023. The Charles Town Library and the Jefferson County Museum are dedicated to bringing new ideas, adventures and learning to our community. We are not limited by Gen These or Gen Those, we are here for Gen All. We are about wholeness, not division.

In 2023, what would you like:

●       On our shelves?

●       As a new program?

●       Online?

●       As new services?

What local organizations do you think would be good partners for programs or events?

Anything else?

2023 is an open book for us right now. We are bringing back our popular Summer Reading program, Book Arts Workshops, Storytimes and other programs for younger readers, but there must be more that you want to see here at 200 E. Washington Street.

We have been here since the early 1900s and we plan on being here through the 2020s and beyond, so it is time to build on our great successes and make your library and museum exactly what you need, exactly what you want, and most importantly, everything you dream we could be.

So, drop us a message at ctlreads@ctlibrary.org to let us know how we can bring the change you would like to see.

Have a wonderful holiday season and thank you for your continued support.
